We have collectively been shaken to the core with the COVID-19 pandemic, the massacre of innocent victims at Portapique and surrounding communities and most recently the cyclone helicopter accident off Greece. All events challenging our mental health. We are all in the same boat of self-isolation and social distancing yet different boats of economic realities. Out of crisis, let us rethink care for older adults and let us design and implement a living wage, inclusive for all. We are all Gods children. Believe in Jesus crucifixion and resurrection. Accept him into your heart. Know that we are not alone and Jesus wraps his arms around us. Comfort, compassion, love and hope will radiate evaporating fear and anger, all to the glory of God. Amen
