Bead Crosses
YouTube Video instructions are below
Materials: 11 pony beads, 12inches/ 30.5 cm of cord
1. Thread one bead on cord, put the two ends of the cord together and move bead to middle of cord so the holes are “sideways”
2. With both cord ends together, thread three more beads onto the cord. (bottom of the cross - 4 beads).
3. Using only one cord end, thread on two beads. Then put the end of that cord through the hole in the second last bead. Adjust the last bead on that cord so its holes are at the top and bottom.
4. With the other cord, thread on two beads. Put the end of that cord through the hole in the second last bead. Adjust the last bead on that cord so its holes are at the top and bottom.
o Steps 3 and 4 form the arms of the cross – 4 beads.
5. Adjust the beads so they are close as possible. With both ends of the cord together, thread on the last three beads. Adjust the beads so they are as close as possible. Using the two ends, tie a knot in the cord as close as possible to the last bead and large enough so the beads won’t come off. You can use the ends to tie your cross somewhere.
