Advent

Advent is a period the four Sundays before Christmas. The name of the season comes from the Latin phrase, Adventus Domini, which means “the coming of the Lord.” At Grace we do special things to prepare us for the coming of the Lord. We light a candle on the Advent wreath each Sunday, we have special worship services and we undertaken projects to help support the vulnerable among us, to care for Christ’s flock.
